Two ways to use:

A. You want any reward money to go directly to the St. Francis de Sales School (General Operating Fund)

     OR

B. You want any reward money to apply towards your TRIP account.

How to apply:

A. Pick up a Meijer application, fill out and mail in

B. Call the Meijer Customer Rewards phone # 1-800-962-7011

C. Go online at www.Meijer.com/rewards

*** Important note for those who want rewards to apply to TRIP *** 

You must put your TRIP account number after your first name, for example:

If you do not know your TRIP account # or if you are not yet enrolled in TRIP, please call Sheila at the Parish Office.   345-9874, ext. 200

If you have friends or family who want to help towards your Meijer account, ask Meijers simply to send you extra cards for your family.  Because the percentages are based on how much you spend per month, adding multiple households’ rewards will up your percentage.
