Eight Reasons Why No Student Should Go Through High School Without Taking Physics

The physics course at Newark Catholic involves the in-depth study of classical and modern physics topics including mechanics, fluids, waves, sound, light, fluids, thermodynamics, optics, electricity and magnetism, quantum mechanics, and nuclear physics. The course utilizes a problem solving approach supported by mathematical concepts from geometry, advanced algebra, trigonometry and calculus.
College Credit
The NC physics course has been approved by Ohio Dominican University for 2 credit hours. Students should contact Mr. Lusk to apply for admission to the dual enrollment program.
