Welcome to Newark Catholic High School!  We are pleased you are interested in becoming a part of our proud tradition.  The menu links at the left will allow you to explore what we are about and what we can offer you.  Please take the time to read the information presented and do not hesitate to contact me with any comments or concerns.

Being a Catholic high school allows us to offer you the opportunity to experience your faith through prayer and service.  We encourage the spiritual and moral growth of our students through daily Theology classes, school masses, class retreats, numerous service projects and daily prayer.  Our Catholic heritage is vital to who we are and what we represent.

In our curricular programs, our students continue to experience tremendous success.  The Class of 2010 received over $3.9 million in scholarship money.  Of these students, 98% are furthering their education in the college setting.  Our State Proficiency Test and College Board scores are highly competitive.  The average class size is approximately 20 students per class, with the student / teacher ratio being 14 to 1.  Our faculty and staff are dedicated to insuring that your education will allow you to be well-prepared for your future.

Participating in a co-curricular program at Newark Catholic is a very fulfilling experience.  We offer a variety of activities and athletic programs which will hopefully meet your particular interest.  You will find an overwhelming number of our students involved in our co-curricular programs that are both challenging and rewarding.
