Application process

The application process to attend our Catholic high school begins in the Autumn of the student's 8th grade year. The school uses a rolling admissions process to review applications and may request to interview students. The application goes live online each fall on Grade 8 Day. Students should complete the application prior to Christmas whenever possible. Preference is given to students attending a Catholic grade-school in the Diocese of Columbus with average or better achievement in their course of study and satisfactory discipline and attendance.Students from schools other than diocesan Catholic elementary schools may be admitted based upon the following criteria: Completion of the application, Average or better achievement in their eighth-grade course of study, and Satisfactory Disciplinary & Attendance Records

Families can start their Application and account and use their log in to get back into it; all steps can be completed and one can log back in if necessary to upload 1 PDF of STAR parent reports for Math & Reading and 1 PDF for Report Cards. To submit the application the required uploads must be completed. Feeder schools know to expect requests for STAR parent Math & Reading reports and report cards as specified in the application.

Grade 8 Day/ Prospective Parent Night

Annually, we welcome students in 8th grade to spend the day at NC where they participate in not just a tour, but a number of hands-on learning experiences; students learn about student-life by seeing it in action. Students engage in Science, the Arts, Robotics, have time for discussion with current student leaders and learn about our robust Campus Ministry Programming. Details about the application process will be detailed for students during the day, then that evening, parents/guardians are welcomed to our campus to learn about our mission & values, to pose questions, and hear about all that we offer in our Catholic high school where we do things differently by design so that students are well-formed to enter college or career pathways with a Christ-centered, Catholic worldview.

Enroll & Register for Welcome Week

Admissions reviews applications on a rolling basis once open in the Autumn of each year. Once materials are submitted and reviewed, students will receive an acceptance letter and families will be notified via an email link to Enroll through FACTS. At this time, families also register for Welcome Week, held annually in August which is a week-long orientation and time for fellowship with one’s class.

Individual Visits

Students are welcome to visit the school to experience what it's like to be a student there by scheduling this through admissions. This is a great time to pose any lingering questions and meet faculty and staff in a small setting. Students are paired up with a current NC student-leader for the day and move from class to class; we encourage students to attend co-curriculars if interested such as club meetings, the performing arts, Robotics, or athletic contests as a fan where schedules permit.

Tuition assistance

All Families are required to apply for need-based tuition assistance through FACTS. The school also offers flexible tuition payment plans. FACTS grant/aid must be completed by March 15th annually.
