Sister Maria Gemma Salyer to speak at Annual Marian Dinner

















One of our own, Sister Maria Gemma Salyer, OSF, will be the featured speaker, along with Bishop Robert Brennan, at the annual Diocese of Columbus Marian Dinner, which is scheduled for 6:30 p.m., September 12, 2019, at the Bryce Eck Center, St. Andrew Church, 3880 Reed Rd., Columbus.
 
Sister Maria Gemma is a graduate of Newark Catholic High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in theology from Ohio Dominican University. After graduation from ODU, she entered the Sisters of St. Francis of Perpetual Adoration in Mishawaka, IN, and professed her perpetual vows in 2014. Sister Maria Gemma has served in various ministries in the order, including serving as a high school theology teacher and vocation ministry. Currently, Sister serves at the University of St. Francis in Fort Wayne, IN, and is pursuing a doctorate in higher education administration. See flyer for more information to attend.
