This Wednesday ~ Spring Sports Nutrition talk with Nationwide Children's, Jess Buschman - FREE to all!

A healthy, energy-dense diet provides the body with the necessary energy to perform your best, while also preventing early fatigue and potential injury.


Join Jess Buschmann, Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics at Nationwide Children’s Hospital as she discusses the crucial role nutrition plays in elevating your athletic performance and overall health!


Our Fall Sports Nutrition talk will be this Wednesday, February 28 at in the Newark Catholic cafeteria from 3-3:30 pm (right after the last bell).
