Newark Catholic High School Transcript Request
NCHS alumni may request to have their transcripts mailed to a college or other organization in one of two ways:
- Please contact Julie Snider in the office to stop into the school, personally. There will be a $5 fee and you must know the name and address for sending the transcript.
- Or, fill out the convenient online form below. Your request will be processed after you have completed a transaction on PayPal (with either your PayPal account or your credit card) for $5.
